‘You don’t need my physical presence for the moment my love, because you know IAM always here! You know IAM within every part of you, every breath you breathe and in everything around you! You are handling everything well. You know you don’t even need the written word in automatic writing, because you hear my thoughts to you whenever you are relaxed and quiet. 

Our physical relationship prepared us for this time, to be together forever more, sharing the delights of this transformative journey into the unknown. Letting go of attachments and everything known… allowing our Divine loving light to shine brightly. Your Divine light that is not separate from mine. 

I know you remember early on in our relationship, when we were so excited to share with others the happiness we had found together. Yes, feel the love we created together, a love that brought us both closer to our deepest selves. It is time to share our most intimate love poems we wrote to each other during our beautiful life, not only to encourage you to smile but to encourage others to know the importance of truly loving one another, which allows one to come closer to the love within.

Yes, allow the tears to flow, as you remember our great life shared and smile as you know we are infinitely together and who knows what new potential/situations we can create together and bring into the physical. Hold your dreams high and allow everything to unfold quite naturally’

These were the words I heard from Tom this morning whilst relaxing and feeling into my brokenness I’ve been feeling come up these last few days of this Equinox.  Normally when I’m relaxed, Tom and I share the pen in automatic writing, recording new intimate moments. It’s taking on a new turn. I must be letting go and trusting myself more!

Are YOU Feeling the incoming Energies…

I’ve been feeling both the highs and the lows as the energy of this time flows down on Earth and all Humanity, helping us all through this great tranformative time. Yesterday I felt especially low and what cheered me up was reading loving words I received from Tom long ago.

IAM sure you are feeling the energies too, feeling like I, as if you are on a roller coaster ride! Doing your best to stay afloat and anchored in your love and light, feeling your darkness within resurfacing to be felt and acknowledged before its transmutation. Feeling yourself being shaken, backwards and forwards, urging you to let go of everything that can no longer serve you. Being forced to let go of all attachments to people, animals, objects and situations that do not support you in being Your Magnificent Self and living your dream of harmony and unity.

Finally we… the ones who are consciously choosing for Embodied Realisation and to live our truth being Sovereign and Free, are living in the very end of the old time! BIG change is brewing, change which you and I have brought in! Are you Ready? Ready to fully empty yourself of everything but love and trust for yourself to step into your grand dream?

During the last few weeks healing my broken arm, I realised it was the physical manifestation of my deep inner feelings of brokenness. A brokenness which I have been feeling rise up since Tom’s transition and our children’s desertion. A brokenness built on untrue feelings of unworthiness and neediness, deeply anchored within me and in the Human Psyche. It’s nothing personal, it’s all part of our Human game. AND now it is time to finally uproot these Human untruths of our being nothing less than Powerful Magnificent beings of light and let them go… both individually and collectively.

I painted this painting below intuitively that has helped me sense more of my truth and transmute my darkness. It’s why I love to paint intuitively, as it allows me to communicate with my Divine self and sense my true wholeness.

Everyone perceives things according to their own journey, and I’d love to hear in the comments what you sense here. Maybe another piece of my jigsaw? because we are all ‘sort of ‘ in this together!

It’s an honour to share my story with you, it unravels my thoughts, putting them in order so that I can let them go! AND I hope I can inspire you too, to be Your Magnificent Self!

Written Translation of my latest live Video…

Welcome to this sacred and quiet space, just for you and me to chill a while, to tune into our Magnificent Selves. As always I ask you to take that deep and conscious breath and allow yourself to relax. Breathing in and out, calmly and deeply. Feel how your tummy pushes out on the in breath, bringing your breath all the way down to the core of you.

Allow your body, mind and spirit, your three energies to all come together in one harmonious alignment and feel how you feel. Feel how all of you responds to the allowing, to be in harmony, just you hear now. Allowing it all just to happen, quite quickly. Allowing everything to be, those thoughts, emotions, pains, the noise outside. Just for now let everything go, everything is ok. Just breathing, relaxing and allowing yourself to rebalance and recharge. Just because you allow it.

On the in breath, beware of the oxygen and those crystalline atoms that are always in the air and within the Earth, nourishing you. Nourishing body, mind and spirit and are the cause; the crystalline atoms of you changing, transforming from the old way of being to a new way of being. Updating your DNA, detoxing your body from old obsolete ways of being. AND through the out breath you release it all, everything that no longer serves. Everything is automatically happening, we are just not aware of it. We are normally too busy, we are too tired.

So just sit for awhile now to be with yourself, to nurture yourself. Giving yourself a Divine hug. Allowing yourself to be open to receive all that you are; your highest potential, your dreams, your light body, your Divinity, your Humanness, everything. Allowing everything to come to you in this now moment; your past, future, present, old and new, good and bad. Anchor everything within you and just know everything you no longer need transforms, dissolves and always returns into neutral energy. For you to call in new potential to serve you in a new way.

Yes, big change, you can feel it IAM sure! We’re all being, we’re all being forced (although guided is a better word!), literally life is forcing us all to focus within. To stop what we’re doing, being busy making sure our friends and family are there for us. It’s time to let everything go but you, and trust everything you need you will bring to yourself in some way at the right time.

This is one of the lessons IAM learning, although I don’t really like to use the word learning, because I feel for just about 60 years I’ve been learning my lessons and now in mostly my conscious state, IAM remembering, finally remembering to let it all go, everything that no longer serves.

So just to be here now for yourself. Allowing the body to heal, the mind to quieten and the spirit to guide you. The Human ego or self identity is all very well, but best to be on a low burner, surrendering, to be steered into the unknown. Where we are going, nobody, not even, higher dimensional spirits know. Nobody has ever been there (where we’re going). We are the ones who are doing this, the new standards, new energy pioneers.

We are the examples for others to follow. So let’s do this with a smile, yes the good and the bad, no more judgement, we embrace everything, we embrace everybody. However others want to live, however they want to be happy, what ever their believes are, is all ok. What matters is what we do. We must follow that inner guidance, that inner stirring that nudges us if we are quiet and listen. If we are open to receive our light and the more open we are to receive our light, the more we will receive.

AND the more darkness it will uncover within us. Past beliefs, past lives, it will all be uncovered, remnants, things to finally let go of and understand. So it’s not as if we are starting to learn the lessons again. We’ve done that! No it’s just remembering and letting go. Finally letting go. Embracing the darkness too, embracing the brokenness. The broken hearted, the victim personally, that we have all had and all sometimes experience anew. But it is quickly realising it and embracing it rather than becoming it. Which stops this transformation in its tracks if we go into the Human victimhood or aggressor.

So just breathing and relaxing knowing all is well. The body is doing its thing, you must trust this, even through the pain, through the brokenness. (Literally 😁 IAM actually having lots of beautiful physio and can now stretch my arm, look at this!)

I must say this… when I was in a sling for a long time, I looked online for suggestions of excercie and I came across many doctors who were saying: oh, once you break your arm or shoulder, you’ll never be the same again! It won’t be strong! So we really have to be here for ourselves and know without a doubt, we can get over any accident and be even stronger than ever. Everything is possible. We are magnificent, we are powerful. So don’t let anyone to tell you otherwise.

It’s just you and me, and we can do this. Yes its lonely, but we have each other, to moan at, just to let everything out.

It is all happening, this big change, we have to be ready, be strong and brave!

Just breathing, just feeling all of you. I hope you feel nice and relaxed and loved, loved by your own Divinity. Do you feel it when you are in this relaxed, rebalanced and recharged position? Can you feel the awareness, the consciousness that is like outside of you or within you? This awareness that is looking at you, here for you, so really we are never alone. This presence, this loving presence, the mother looking after her child. It’s you… nurturing you, nurturing yourself on this journey. We don’t know where it’s going, we have our dreams, our grand dream of living a joyful life in harmony and community with others. Peaceful and Joyous.

So let’s expect to experience it in some way at some time. Let’s be ready. As soon as we are individually ready and the more of us that are ready, we will see the physical, more of the physical. IAM sure you are already feeling glimpses of it (your grand dream), then all the time! How wonderful!

So just bring up in your imagination, the life of celebration that you are so eager for. The easiness and gracefulness of life. Feel yourself walking through this world, this New Earth and take note of the vivid colours and the majestic features. Look around you and see who is with you, what they are doing, the animals, the birds, the people, the flowers, the fruits and trees and the homes. The sea, lakes and mountains. Blue skies, green grass. Feel how happy you are, content, excited because you are walking in this place because you imagined it, because you want it. This is where you want to live.

We’re done with the chaotic world, the duality, the horror and the violence, the greed and control. We have stepped out! All our experience though has been distilled into wisdom, because the more we celebrate the more we forget the mundane experience of the past. Only know the delight of this present moment. So this big change, we are bringing it nearer and nearer to us. We are ready for it. Yes, we are remembering to keep focus on ourselves, being conscious for anything that night stop this transformation.

These allergies is for me (what I think) because of the radiation from the light. So much light now is coming down and affects our whole body. For a whole week I’ve had an itchy and sore mouth, the roof of my mouth, eyes streaming and nose running. It’s all part of the detox, the update and release. So we just have to put up with it for a while longer.

Just breathing, remembering NewEarth and where we going, or should I say what’s coming towards us, because we don’t actually move. That’s another story!

So feeling good, and ready, magnificent you. Know you are loved. Maybe we can just expand our energies and shine our light. To give hope to the ones who are lost. While we shine our light, we shine it out to our own aspects in the past and future, so that they can find their way home to this body that is staying here for embodied experience. OK you get my drift.. because this won’t stop for a while.

Keep shining your light, be the change that brings in NewEarth, because you have changed, you desire this. We’re done with the old way, the cruel way. Much love and thankyou, until soon, hasta luego.
