November 28 REBLOGATHON… Learning to Feel
My friends continue to ask how IAM, how IAM feeling and I hear myself these past few days saying… actually I feel a lot better! It’s as if IAM being carried and I keep hearing my love say IAM here! I feel more whole than I’ve ever felt. It’s as if my heart, my being, exploded and fell into a new fluffy wholeness.
Of course I still have my moments, when I feel the empty churning in my tummy, the lump in my throat, my face screwing up and tears streaming down my face! But they pass by and IAM left knowing I can do this.
A couple of my friends I haven’t seen in a while say they can see a change in me, brighter and more fluid! I must feel lighter to them too! Thank goodness, as I hate being miss down in the dumps!
Going to my archives today brought me to a post I wrote at the end of last year, IAM always here with YOU. It seems to resonate with me today as it shares how IAM feeling now. Feeling as if my own Divine Consciousness and my love are with me, walking me through this most awful time!
Sometimes you just need to feel that someone is with you. To feel that someone has got your back! It makes all the difference! AND the truth is they are!
Talking about feeling though! What is this? How does one feel? We all know to touch something is to feel the solidity and we also know when the Human body don’t feel well. But what does it mean to feel life and feel non physical presence?
When you allow yourself to be quiet and focus on your Environment or within yourself, you can practice feeling. You can imagine you have tiny feelers (like a snail’s head, feeling its way as it moves). Which you actually have, tiny receptors on each cell that vibrate, sending out and receiving signals from your Environment around you and within you.
I suppose you could look at it as an invisible light and sound language of the heart and soul; your intuition and gut instinct that inspires you. It is your communication between your Human and Divine selfs. Yourself guiding you through this Earthly journey. Yourself letting you know, you are never alone, nor lost in the world and deeply loved and safe.
Think about how you feel when you walk into a room, walk up to a person or walk in nature. You feel or sense good or not so good. It is a feeling, a knowing that something is right or wrong and you can navigate through life accordingly.
It is part of my grand vision for as many people to remember how to feel and guide themselves through this great transformative time. It really is so simple, it just takes focus and practice. Please enjoy the reblog for today and know that IAM always here for you all… just as I know our loved ones transitioned are always here for us all too.

I am so pleased too, Barbara, your immediate circle of friends can detect a difference and you are lighter of spirit these days… And I am sure those stomach churning moments with tears will still come and go….
You bring up a very important point about learning to ‘Feel’ and use intuition into situations, people and our environment.. This is a skill so many of us have lost.. And the more we practice reaching out with our senses and ‘Feeling’ within, and trusting what our hearts tell us not our heads, the more able we are to use our intuitive in many given situations.. And in doing so, we open our awareness even more to those in Spirit..

It tests the heart so much this final chapter to love. And after sharing a love for so long it feels like something has been truly lost, a pain that no words can speak. But it will Barbara, it is going to show you what it truly is inside you. See and feel something so profound that you will be glad of each and every step that you have taken to reach this ‘now’. I will always remember that ‘touch’, that moment I saw what it was all for…so we could understand unconditional love…by living a conditional one. All those attempts at love have shown us what we slowly become, to finally meet and bond in a way that ever brings a smile in heart and mind. But even that will not compare to what is awaiting. You have been given a path so that you can ‘see truly’ what unconditional love is, by bringing a beautiful man into your life to share something wonderful…so that you can see you in those conditional ‘bits’ that we hold…and then in understanding, stand in a place that no words can find, simply because it is beyond words, as love is. But this love is truly beyond anything you can imagine, and Tom has helped you achieve this by traveling this path with you…and beyond as he watches you transform beyond into forever. When you see it all, you will, hard as it was, be glad of each and every step. You will see that it is all exactly as is needed so that you can see, with your heart. Big hugs dear lady, your doing well. Breeeaaaathe…and know it is worth each and every moment to finally find what you have ever searched for…you ❤️🙏🏽
I do so hope it is the final chapter, I can’t imagine going through anything worse to awaken more love within me! IAM indeed understanding more and more but it doesn’t take away how horrible others can make you feel! It makes me breathe deeper and hope in my sending love they may one day come into new senses. Thankyou Mark for being here for me… it really makes a big difference, helping me be brave and continue on this journey going deeper within. Much love x
And much love to you also Barbara, those difficult people are teaching you to ‘let go’ and love you. If you look deeply within the pain, it is caused by their rejection of you in whatever form it takes. That is just our fears speaking. Pain is those fears, wanting us to see where they come from, in our childhood and now wanting that release. Mine led me back to what I felt was the rejection of me by my dad, and the way I felt he treated me, and on through my life those actions triggered those same feelings. And it wasn’t actually about ‘them’ but the way I responded to them. I had a broken bit in my heart, so when I went back through my life I found that place with my dad, the part that I had closed over and refused to ever look at it again because of what it meant, and treated those same circumstances in my life the same. You are at a very sensitive part of your journey, a great love seems to have broken and left you so isolated. But it is showing you ‘you’, in all your sensitivity. Look back to where this same closing of your love has happened in your childhood with your parent/s and those you loved and looked up to…find that pain and in there is that light of understanding. It isn’t easy, you’ll look and look and in frustration say ‘there’s nothing there’ , but just remember you’ve had a lifetime of pushing it down and hiding it. Break that wall it is hidden behind, release that truth and a love beyond words will also be released, changing you forever. Heal your life by finding that fear and you will heal your heart forever. Big hugs dear lady, and much love for this journey. It is difficult so be gentle, but the love beyond it will be worth so much more ❤️🙏🏽
