Are YOU Feeling the Affects of the Solar Flares…

Have you been feeling lethargic or zombie-like lately? Are you feeling lonely, raw and lost? Are you experiencing extreme changes in your eating, drinking, living and sleep patterns? Are your eyes, ears, nose, mouth and skin feeling sticky and itchy? Is your heart beating like crazy or seemingly not at all?

What on Earth is going on you may ask! AND for the ones who have heard about what Earth and Humanity are naturally going through now, are you wondering why it’s taking so long? Aren’t we way over our due-date to birth our miracles and magic on NewEarth?

Well IAM feeling all these symptoms gaining real momentum once again! My symptoms are mild, but boy do I know they’re there! It’s making feel really lazy though, so to make me feel a little better I thought the least I could do today was write about what’s going on again and how we find ourselves standing at the peak of great change coming to Earth and all Humanity!

The conduit of this great change is our Solar Sun who’s sunspot activity is reaching new heights, sending high frequency solar flares (of plasma light) to Earth and our body/mind as part of a natural shake up and upgrade of our Human DNA light coding.

It’s actually a time of celebration as Consciousness evolves. The Human being is being reunited with its true state of being Divine love and light! We are feeling our evolution, not just energetically but physically as the solar flares help us to dissolve and release our old baggage and activate our true high frequency light.

We are quantumly catapulting ourself back/forward where Humanity has never been. It is time for Embodied Realisation or Enlightenment.

The more you feel it, the more you know you are on track! The trick is though to take enough time-out to relax, to do nothing if possible, and allow this intricate integration to take place within you! You’ll find tuning in to your silence within, will help you understand what your next step could be… which just might save you from being swallowed up and chucked out by something that’s pretending to be bigger and more powerful than you!

Why I feel it’s taking longer for us to birth NewEarth? Team Dark are throwing as many curve balls as they can find to distract our attention from within and accelerate this most natural cycle of change. So keep your focus, you are on track, but the more you focus the faster you’ll go.😂🤣

Below I’ve copied in a little more information about what’s happening now, from my book Your Magnificent Self a Journey to Freedom published in 2015. It’s my own true Awakening journey that records what’s going on!

Affects and Changes of the Awakening Earth and Humanity

The Earth and Humankind are all part of a Natural Shift of Consciousness that is occurring now. Our solar system finds itself surrounded by a higher expansional energy; a new energy that we have called forth in our declaration for no more fear, greed and power-mongering. 

It is an energy that resonates with LOVE. Love that Humans have learned to FEEL here on Earth. A love that creates DivineHumanBeings, allowing them to live in a peaceful and harmonious surrounding on Earth. 

This new energy, of intense light actually affects the magnetic make-up of our whole solar system. Creating intense magnetic storms on our sun, where strong solar flares reach the Earths orbit and interfere with the magnetics within the Earth and the Human Being.

The Human body contains millions of tiny magnetic particles that interconnect through Human antennas to the Earth’s magnetic field, enabling the Human to receive and transmit consciousness which influence the physical body and all its internal systems.

The interference of the magnetic field is causing a cleansing effect on Earth, physical shifting and shaking the earth and her inhabitants, creating unusual weather patterns and within the Human Being; cleansing people from all their fears and yesterdays. It is actually the most beautiful gift that we can receive. 

Intense light to naturally awaken our consciousness, changing our DNA and crystalising our molecules. Our inner light, our being is being ignited anew, clearing our body of past debris, burning away everything that no longer serves us, leaving nothing but pure love and passion within each Human Being and the Earth.

During this Shift in Consciousness… our Awakening is affecting our mental, emotional and physical bodies, pulling us all ways and putting us through some uncomfortable and painful times. Not only are we integrating and releasing all our own past life patterns and karma that no longer serves us, but that of all our ancestors that have lived before us. 

Our Body Consciousness; Body, Mind, Spirit and Aspects is naturally finding a new balance of Sovereign ONENESS.

It is most important neither to fight nor to give in, but to trust that everything is all so perfect. This is our journey that we have chosen to live now so let’s enjoy the ride and allow our Embodied Ascension to happen quite naturally.

Awakening Symptoms

Physical… Aches and pains in the joints, especially neck, shoulders and back, heat sensations beyond the menopause, feeling hot and cold, feeling dizzy and shaky, vertigo, ringing in the ears, nauseous, extreme itchy skin, red patchy & lumpy skin, exhaustion and feeling tired, waking up a lot, headaches and migraine, stomach aches and indigestion, no appetite, extremes of diarrhoea and constipation, eating a lot, heart palpitations, irregular heartbeat 

Emotional… Crying, deep sadness, confused, nervousness, passionless, anger, extreme fear 

Mental… Anxious, intense dreaming, loneliness, not thinking straight, foggy, not remembering, losing words, depressed 

Barbara’s suggestions for more comfort

Consciously breathing in the new energy, especially in painful areas and fearful feelings for at least 10 mins. at a time, healthy daily eating of protein, good fats, lots of fruit and veg (fibre), drink plenty of fresh water (with pinch seasalt/bicarb of soda once a week), moderate use of caffeine, coffee, tea and alcohol, positive and loving self talk, soaking the body in Epsom salts and lavender oil, walking in nature or some form of gentle exercise you enjoy 20 mins a day, sleep a lot… napping through the day if possible, trust yourself… even when doubt tries to creep into your mind.

Heather Carlini’s Book How Solar Flares Help You to Evolve

Back in 2012 I came across Heather Carlini C.M.Ht who published her book, How Solar Flares Help You to Evolve. She worked as a certified medical hypnotherapist and intuitive and based this book on her research she made from thousands of cases on the effects of solar flares and how they are affecting us on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels of consciousness.

I tried to connect with Heather again a few years back, as my friends wanted to purchase her book too. It seems she’s no longer with us and her book is nowhere to be found! If anyone knows differently please let me know.

Since 2012 I have been experiencing the effects of the solar flares and Heather’s book comforted me enormously and helped me get through the discomfort. Yes, you do get through it eventually! This year I can feel the solar flares gaining incredible momentum with the plasma energy creating huge movements within our electro-magnetic bodies! Disturbing everything we think we are! Shaking us down to our core being!

I feel it is such a shame that others cannot read Heathers story and research because when you understand what is truly happening, you can relax and rest in its midst and focus on bringing in NewEarth, a world of love, joy and peace.

Excerpt from How Solar Flares Help You to Evolve

There is a shift in consciousness happening around the world at present. As this shift takes place, we are finding that how we live in our world and how we perceive our world are going to change drastically from our previous and current viewpoint.

For 5,000 years, we have been taught that our physical reality is massive and really hard to change. That viewpoint is limited, however, and is the result of knowledge associated strictly to the limitation of the five bodily senses. In fact, most of the action in the physical universe happens on a much subtle level. Quantum mechanics and computer science have taught us that physical objects can be viewed as vibrational information systems. When we understand the concept of energy exchange, our solid and immovable reality becomes something much lighter and responsive to positive change.

Scientists, in recent years, are finding that the Earth’s magnetic fields are far more significant than they previously thought. They now know that the human brain contains millions of tiny magnetic particles. These particles connect us to the Earth’s magnetic field in a powerful way as a human antenna. We are both transmitters and receivers of subtle energy, or consciousness; a timeless interconnectedness that somehow encompasses the very foundation of our life.

It has now been discovered that the magnetic fields have a profound influence not only on our consciousness, but on our nervous system, our immune system, and reality itself. It is easier for us to accept change when we are in the weaker magnetic fields that we are now experiencing. Our beliefs about our experiences strongly influence our physical reality.

At present, we are in the midst of solar flare cycle 24 that is influencing the magnetic fields on Earth and also the consciousness of mankind. For the Earth, the solar activity is causing a cleansing affect as physical shifting, shaking, purging and extraordinary weather patterns. And for us, we are experiencing the same on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Our inner weather patterns show up as tears, moodiness, anxiety, intense grief or sadness, and other common emotional reactions. It feels uncomfortable when it is happening, but the result of releasing all the negativity is amazing.

The beautiful gift we are receiving from the current solar cycle is the ultimate awakening of our consciousness and the higher codes of our DNA. This awakening is what is moving us away from the outdated ego beliefs of separation and illusion into a new reality of Soul awareness. In the process, we are beginning to remember who we really are.

Now, with these changes in the magnetic fields, something deep within us is changing; an era is ending, and at the core of creation, something is coming alive in a new way. A light at the center of the universe that has been dormant for millennia has been rekindled. This is the light of life itself, waking up, remembering its own real nature and divine purpose. With this awakening, our world is undergoing a transformation at the core of its very essence.

There are many predictions about Dec. 21, 2012, but I like what Albert Villoldo has to say about it over all other predictions that I have read.

“December 21, 2012 is the end date of the more than 5,000 year-long Mayan calendar. The date has been presented as the end of the world. But that is not the message of the ancient Mayans, says Alberto Villoldo, a psychologist and anthropologist who has studied the shamanic healing practices of the Amazon and Inca shamans for over 25 years. “It’s not the end date of civilization or humanity. It’s the end date of a cycle of time, which also means it’s the beginning of a new cycle of time.”

According to Villoldo, “The world as we have known it is coming to an end and a new world is being born. Our new world will have new technologies, new ways of doing business, new ways of people relating to each other, new forms of medicine, and new ways of participating consciously in our evolution.”

I believe that December 21, 2012 will be the day the Heart Chakra opens in many on Earth, and this will help the shift in consciousness and the move from negativity to positivity. I also feel that infinite love and compassion will awaken around the world.
