A Message from Spirit…
I feel as if IAM nothing, everything seems to hurt… body, mind, emotions… running wild and exaggerated… tummy expanded and uncomfortable. My whole existence seems insane, crazy… what have I been thinking! My whole body swelling up with great sadness and uncertainty… and tears began to fall.
I go into my bedroom and cry… trying to sleep… trying to escape this world. I breath, deeply… surrendering to everything I had ever dreamed. Lying there… empty, yet fearless… and I hear myself speaking the words… what is the worse that could ever happen to me? I die! and everything I had ever worked towards, would be gone. It was all ok… It really didn’t matter… AND I found myself on the other side, a new adventure of pure passion was just beginning.
While I was crying, in my Human panic I had contacted a couple of trusted friends to ask for help… but they both came back to me later, confirming a deep feeling and message I was receiving from my Divine Self.
I write my message to YOU, as it is applicable for all who are aware of their own transformation!
It seems you have been waiting for this time for so long… struggling in the Human Body and Mind AND keeping focused on your grand dream… the grand dream of your Divine and Human selves, coming together as never before on the Earth plane to experience a most sensational life of unity, love, joy and freedom.
You’ve spent time embracing and releasing everything that no longer serves the Master and Creator, distilling all the Human experience of joy and pain. You’ve opened up like never before to receive everything you’ve ever been and so much more… feeling it all. Until you’ve gone quite mad and on the edge of giving up.
AND then you remembered a deep knowingness that all is well. Feeling empty and fearless. Complete surrender… trusting the last days of shredding the old are here, knowing you are not crazy and well on your way to experiencing your grand dream right here.
You know that everything you are going through, is helping yourself and the rest of humanity move into a new state of being… Allowing others to awaken, integrate and experience embodied ascension in an easy and graceful way.
You know this is all part of the reason you chose to incarnate now. You can be proud of yourself.
You know you are Sovereign and Creative and it’s time to express being everything you truly are.

That feeling of peace and unity from an understanding like that is immeasurable Barbara. It allows us to truly let go many things that no longer matter and just ‘be’. Yes we require all of our experiences, but coming out the other side is another journey all its own ❤️

This journey we are on is a remarkable one Barbara, and when we surpass our own inner pain and confront it, release it and ‘surrender’ and let all else go.. The release and lightness of BE-ing is wonderful

AND it continues to be remarkable, remembering so much more all the time, embracing so many more selves, we are so many… we are so wise and fearless! yes! I’m actually in England staying with my mum for a while, enjoying the warmer days! loving working in her garden. But we love the heat in Spain, days spent by the swimming pool, lazy summer days! The only downside is the fires that happen that always seem to create despair for some people. Enjoy these very intense days, remembering to embrace it all, much love to you dear Sue x
